What is the Retirement Resource Center?
Founded in 2006, the Retirement Resource Center (RRC) is committed to providing professional retirement education, continuing education and training resources for financial services firms, retirement professionals, and employers desiring to provide solutions that focus not only on the accumulation of wealth, but also the mitigation of retirement risk, retirement income management, and maintaining retirement quality of life. We provide materials for both consumers and employees and retirement professionals.
How can I contact the Retirement Resource Center?
We are available by phone at (847) 686-0440 x105 during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, except major holidays. If you do not reach us directly, we are helping other customers and will get back with you shortly. Please be sure to clearly leave your name, reason for call, and the best way for us to reach you. How do I know my transaction will be safe?
Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
What is our refund or exchange policy?
Print materials and unopened audio CDs may be returned in unused condition within thirty business days from the date of receipt. In general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Retirement Resource Center is not returnable, however if you experience technical difficulties please contact us and we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.
No refunds will be granted when materials are returned more than thirty business days from the date of receipt or in damaged condition.
InFRE CRC® Study guides may be returned in unused condition within ten business days from the date of receipt. No refunds will be granted when study guides are returned more than ten business days from the date of receipt or in damaged condition.
