Since 2005, the InFRE® Retirement Resource Center, LLC, (IRRC) and the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE) have led the industry in providing best-practice expert resources and sound planning techniques through a series of workshops, elearning, print and audio courses, and client/employee education on Managing Retirement Income for retirement professionals who want to participate in the income management segment of the retirement market. We do not endorse particular financial products, but rather a retirement income decision-making process which will help your representatives help advisors meet the growing retirement planning needs of their clients.
Over 15,000 advisors have participated in our programs to understand how to manage their clients' retirement income and risks. By using a six-step holistic approach, learners experience the challenges of managing income over a period of uncertain length and expense, as well as how the definition of risk changes during retirement. Introductory and intermediate-level programs (see below) are available in elearning, print, and audio formats on Managing Retirement Income, as well as a FINRA-reviewed client workshop and client income planning worksheets.
